WolfRE is the only website dedicated exclusively to the real estate business on the East End of Long Island without the name-dropping, celebrity association and gossip that typically dominates coverage of real estate in the Hamptons.

Unless otherwise noted, all content is written independently by Phelan Wolf, an Associate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens of the Hamptons.  Prior to joining BHS, Phelan practiced real estate, zoning and planning law on the East End.

Phelan is the only real estate broker in the Hamptons whose market insight and analysis is published regularly in area newspapers.  His column, "Transaction Highlights" appears in the East Hampton and Southampton Press and provides background and context to sales data on a weekly basis.  Phelan also reviews, analyzes and synthesizes all the quarterly reports issued by Hamptons brokerages in his "Quarterly Report Roundup" column for the Press Group.  These columns, as well as economic and legal news which affects the Hamptons real estate business, listings of interest, and specialized micro-market reports developed by Phelan are posted on wolfRE.
